This post details my order of priorities with GTX0 as a whole.
Initial Stuff
XIFNET
XIFNETify + finish every single GTT maze with the exception of Tears Incarnate (I guess it can be put in the database at least)
Make a new maze with XIFNET. Something short, <100 pages.
Finishing Projects
These should also be pushed, to beta test that prior to finishing more full games. I want to hold off on pushing XIFNET until the hub game is done + I have a solid advertising plan for it + maaaaaybe tears incarnate.
Taju -- Taju, Keydrop and Crazy Diamonds should all have shared lore. Not sure what exactly, or how lore would manifest itself in this game. Same deal with tinier projects (see checklist item one cat below)

Get every single completed project on the hub in some capacity -- handgame, pegs, etc. Anything not relevant (and not gtx0 or MOTP) should probably be deleted outright to try to focus things down.
