All games need to be on the logins system, which can just be a clone of the old GTX0 one.
All games need to allow you to save via Ajax.
All games need a Journaling system -- this widget allows you to take wiki-like notes and make tables of stuff. Your journal is saved along with your save file and linked to your username in the database.
All games should have social hooks and the ability to privately share or publicly post journal data. A universal chat window per seed makes the most sense, or it could aggregate data from all seeds and/or gtx0 as a whole. Some kind of forum or other social structure would also make sense.
Could theoretically come up with toolkits that allow other people to make games with the various engines -- these would have saving/journaling/social hooks, which broadens the community. NIFE is an *excellent* target for this. Could also reach out to existing web game developers and give them the widget and get them in network, which seems like an *excellent* way to gain new players and maintain old ones, and is way better than reviving gtx0.
gtx0.com is an access point to this, along with the developer blog. Probably the blog mostly for crawling purposes with the other links always accessible.
When I get more stuff done I want to get a patron set up -- this should allow stuff like saving multiple savefiles and such.
